Blackboard End of Summer 2011 Procedures

Access:

– Summer 2011 courses in Blackboard will become unavailable to students on Friday, August 12 at 11:59 p.m.

– A banner will be posted in Blackboard to let students know last access date.

– Faculty will retain access to Blackboard through Monday, August 15 until 10 a.m. when grades are due to the Registrar.

Incompletes

– All Summer 2011 students who have been given a grade of I (Incomplete) will be able to access the Summer 2011 course again in Blackboard as soon as grades are posted by the Registrar.

– Students who have an I (Incomplete) will remain enrolled in their Summer 2011 Blackboard course until either the grade converts or 30 days into the Fall 2011 semester.

– If faculty have assigned any student a grade of I (Incomplete), they must keep their Summer 2011 course set to be
